Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at missarielfashionboutique@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and unwashed, with the original tags, and in its original packaging. Items with clipped tags cannot be returned. If your package contains a gift for this order, please also send it back. And please remember to fill out the return card and put it in the package.

Please note that returns need to be shipped at your own cost. If you live in the UK, we recommend that you ship with Royal Mail. If you live in a country or region other than the United Kingdom, or choose other local international logistics companies to ship goods, please carefully calculate and compare the cost and evaluate the safety and compensation policy of the logistics company to avoid unnecessary disputes in the event of an accident.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), or earrings. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Please note that gifts are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash back, please return the gifts to us with the item you wish to return.


Cancel
You can cancel the order without any reason after payment and before delivery. However, since we deliver the items directly from China to your home via international express, once the items have been shipped successfully, the order cannot be cancelled. You can choose to submit a return request to us as soon as you receive the item. For the specific return process, please refer to the above.


Refunds
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
