Shipping policy
Our products are all shipped from Guangzhou, China to the whole of the UK by international logistics companies. British overseas territories are not included (eg British Indian Ocean Territory, British Virgin Islands, etc.).
Please refer to the table below for specific shipping charge.
International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
If you place an order from Monday to Thursday, we will arrange delivery within 48 hours of receipt of the order when sufficient stock is available. Since the logistics company does not accept parcels on Sunday, if you place an order on Friday or Saturday, we will try our best to arrange for the goods to be dispatched on the next Monday. This excludes Chinese public holidays. If the stock you choose happens to be insufficient, we will also inform you by email within one day for negotiation.
After the goods are dispatched, we will send you an email to notify you of the tracking number so that you can check at any time. Our international logistics cooperative operators in the UK include Royal Mail and Hermes.
Please note that if for any reason you are unable to receive the package on the estimated delivery date, please notify us by email at least two days in advance and we will coordinate with the shipping company to change the delivery date. Please send an email to: missarielfashionboutique@gmail.com
All goods are packed in accordance with the requirements of international express, including but not limited to bubble express bags, cartons, etc. In order to prevent the goods from being crushed or soaked in water during long-term transportation, we have to use some waterproof, moisture-proof and pressure-proof plastic materials for packaging. This does not mean that we do not respect and love environmental protection.
